We recently undertook the Organisational Culture Diagnostic Index from DEKRA Insight as a replacement for the Kenexxa Engagement Survey after they cease operating in New Zealand. I found it really useful as it has a strong safety focus and while our results were excellent it was really good at highlighting issues on the ground that need addressing.
My question is does anyone else use their engagement surveys or similar as a way of assessing the effectiveness and the perception of effectiveness of their safety programmes.
