    In the forthcoming Nov/Dec edition of Safeguard we pose three questions based on stories in the magazine. One of them is this:

    Sue Bottrell says contractors are masters at finding ways to work around any health & safety 'rules' the client may impose. What's the best example of this you have encountered?
