    Hi Everyone,
    Can anyone recommend an Auckland based consultant, or consultancy, that could provide an independent assessment of car park lighting please? The only lighting currently available is from adjacent street lights, and our office landlord is of the belief the lighting is adequate, without being able to provide documented evidence that the lighting meets AS/NZS1158.

    A very simple method is to put the lux meter app on your phone. It will tell you the approximate reading. You can then look at it against the standard.

    Hi Karen, thank you. Unfortunately we need to use a calibrated lux meter and survey the whole area to record al the readings so we can present our findings to the landlord.
