In each edition I look through the content and derive three questions which - I hope - are interesting and sometimes provocative. I then seek feedback to those questions, and publish an anonymous selection of responses in the next mag. (There's even a prize draw, should you choose to identify youself!)

In the current mag the questions relate to:
    • the relevance of the HASANZ register
    • the best way to hold senior people to account
    • how broader working conditions are a H&S risk

The questions and a response form are here.

You can answer any or all of the questions, but be sure to get your responses in by Friday 25 May!

On HASANZ, I can see the value if you are an independent contractor or work on short term engagements, but it is less relevant if you are in long term employment. I fully support the need for some form of industry benchmarking in order to weed out the cowboys.
