    @Joanne Brown Agreed. It has always been my opinion that it is better to have a chat with WorkSafe and get a consensus if notification is required or not. I believe when Worksafe see a company being proactive, it creates a better working relationship.

    Ok, point taken, but if you refer to s19.2c a PCBU can also be a worker depending on the structure of said PCBU.

    Yes, you are correct. Didn't have the Act in front of me. But I still think it could be contested, as it doesn't really fit with the spirit or intention of the Act

    I think under the Act the word worker refers to person, contractor or PCBU which reports to the main PCBU
